Plan for a planner!

So I have decided that I think I should make a planner. No, I'm not terribly busy and no, I have no kids... So what the heck do I need a planner for?! Well, for one I'm so forgetful! I think if I organize my thoughts all in a binder then that can be my other half of my brain (all on paper!).  So I was looking at the store and they did have some planners but they were those small ugly colored ones that were all the same! So, like, every woman that I know, we look on pinterest for inspirations! That's when I decided hey! I can make my own!

Ok, crummy picture but you get the point. So basically, I bought this cute 3 ring binder and bought the matching folder to go with it. Altogether this cost me around $7.

Here are the pages that are in my planner!

A menu section is definitely needed. I found this really cute one on this blog, actually she makes a lot of cute FREE printables, you really should check some of it out!

I thought this one was a neat-o idea! I have a lot of projects that are in the making (half done). So this will come in handy. Not that I have a deadline but it would be great if I actually finished something for once!

For my "get fit" section, I found a lot of great pages I could use. This one in particular let's me type my workouts instead of penciling it in, either way works though. This one is great to use because she made it to where when you did that work out that day you check mark it on the side. Sometimes if I did a workout on Friday but it was suppose to be on Monday or my other days gets switched up I'll still put a check mark on that day (the day the work out was suppose to be on) So I know which ones I have done.

Oh and here's another printable, this one would be great to use, unfortunately I decided not to use it though lol

She has a lot of great printables aswell! check them out!

This yearly calendar is sure to make me crave for sweets but is also featured in my planner!

Aaaaaaaaaaand of course I gotta have a cleaning list! I like cleaning I really doooo... errr... buuuttt I would rather doooo other things :(
by the way (pat on the shoulder) I did my cleaning task today :D WOOHOOO!!

This actually isn't the one I'm using but it's basically what the cleaning schedule is. The one that's in my planner is where I can write in it instead of it premade. The looks on this one seems like it has a lot of cleaning task.. and that's something I'm trying to avoid haha!

As of right now, I'm just filling in my planner. So right now it looks really bare or that I have no life (which it's probably the second one).

hope this gave some really great ideas!

The links to the pages are linked to "source" hopefully you figured that out.

I'm hoping to make my own templates really soon! So hopefully that will come :D

In the meantime... have a blessed day!

The wedding

It's been over a week since I've been a married woman. It's weird being married. Nothing has changed though, it seems like we're still boyfriend and girlfriend and it also seems like I'm just staying at his place. Despite me saying weird, I love being married to the man of my dreams!

Long time no see Blog..

I  feel like I have been lacking so much on blogging! It's not that I don't want to write anymore, I just get kind of busy doing nothing. When I say nothing, I mean just random things that aren't really important but I still do it :/

Anyways, I got some great news.... I am getting married next weekend (Feb 22)!! It was just going to be frank and I and our witnesses (basically, eloping) but when I told my mom that we are getting married on that day, she started to cry! She wants my dad to walk me down the isle! I tried to tell her "Ma! I'm not having a wedding!" but nope she insisted that my dad (and herself) to be there and for him to walk me to frank somehow. So........ now I got to think more elaborate! I told a few friends and they are wanting to see us in matrimony! The best part is that Franks mom is coming all the way from Saipan (It's somewhere by Guam)!!!! So NOW I REALLY GOT TO GET A DRESS AND THINK MORE ELABORATE ON THIS SO CALLED WEDDING!! At least I  had a month to get everything and honestly, it's not to shabby.

Ok, So more on the wedding... I been doing a few DIY's that I seen on pinterest. I thought they came out pretty good.

So these are things I used for the project. The pinterest blog I seen, they had used modge podge. So if that's easier, cheaper or you simply have that at home, then use it!
So the items below I used are:
1) Elmer's 'Craft bond'
2) Clear acrylic sealer (If modge podge is being used instead of Elmer's, mix it with water and it instantly becomes the sealer)
3) Glitter!!
4) Glass (I bought at the dollar tree)
5) Towel (I did this on my kitchen counter and I need to protect the appliances)
6) paper plate (to catch all the glitter)
7) Masking tape
8) Ziploc bag (To protect the top part or the glass)

So I taped the glass to my desired length. Put the bag over the glass and began to spray the heck out of it (with Elmer's glue). Next, I sprinkled glitter all over it and over the paper plate (So it catches the fallen glitter).
I repeated this process (the fallen glitter from the plate, I put it in a paper cup and reused it).

So after I glittered the glasses I waited at least a day to use the clear sealer.
After the clear sealer dried, I then peeled off the tape and took off the bag.

......And this is what they look like!!
These are very pretty! I'm putting them on each table!

So that's it! They are pretty easy to use! After the wedding, I'm going to put it on my entertainment center in the living room to display how pretty they are! >.<

I really need to commit on my blog more :(
I don't care if I get readers (if I do, that's great) but it's more like an online diary. I actually like going on my blog from time to time and reading what I have written (not that I wrote a whole bunch anyways..)

Snowed in... AGAIN!!

It's always nice to see it snow. During, the winter of course. Last year, I don't remember it snowing like this in Missouri. I know it did snow later though, like in March. Hopefully, that won't happen this year.

Soo of course, I'm snowed yet again!! Buuuut that's ok, it also means noooooo work :D
So anyways I decided to make snow cream (ice cream) and to do it the items are needed:

*Snow
*Vanilla extract
*Condensed milk
I eyeballed it. because the recipe called for 8 cups of snow, a can of condensed milk and teaspoon of vanilla. I didn't really want to eat all that snow though, so I made a small batch for Frank and I. Also, I don't know if it would make you sick or anything, A friend told me today that she used to eat it as a kid and she would always have a sore throat (better not take that chance! I need my voice!) In the end result.. It was pretty dang good!! (I kept some snow in my freezer, just in case ;)

Even though I miss summer.. I do like snowy days :) It gives me a reason to be in Pj's ALL day!

Dr. Pepper Pork Chops

GAH!! I've been slacking!! I haven't done any blog posts or even read any blogs in a week!
I think I may have to change that though!

A few weeks ago, I looked up this recipe that was called coca cola pork chops and man were they GOOD!! All it had was a can of cola and ketchup. So tonight, I decided to make that but with a different soda.

Dr. Pepper Pork Chops

  Ingredients: 1 Cup - Ketchup
                     1 Can - Dr. Pepper
                    2-3 TBSP- A1 sauce (Optional)
                     1/2 Onion (diced)
Pork Chops (I cooked 4, considering it was just my fiance and I)

First, I browned the pork chops (fried). I didn't fully cook the meat though. In a separate bowl, I combined all the ingredients and I stirred.
                                                    (combined ingredients in a bowl)

I then put it in the pan where my pork chops were frying in. Let dinner simmer for about 30 mins or longer (I forgot).

The meat was so tendered Mmmmm It was good!
I ate the pork chops with rice

                                                              It's a pretty simple meal!

Fertilaid

I have been taking fertilaid for a whole month and decided it was time to do a review on it!

Okay, so let me rewind for a bit... I was 12 years old when I had my first period (ahh womanhood) and after that I had a few periods... but then it stopped. So growing up I didn't get my "womanhood" but when I turned 19 I decided that I was going to get checked out (throughout the years, I was scared to find out anything. Plus, I was shy). Well, My gynecologist put me on birth control and alas periods were back on!
A few months ago I met the man of my dreams (which is another story :) and we talked about someday having children. So, since I knew that if I took myself off of birth control, I won't get my periods. I started to do some research online about the reproductive system  and I came across fertilaid. I read some pretty good reviews on it and decided why not?

I'm actually not trying to get pregnant, I'm not preventing it either basically, if it happens it happens. I'm actually taking fertilaid to see if it will help me get my period without the use of birth control and so far... It hasn't done anything. So that kind of sucks. But to give it more credit, it did say on the website to at least give it three months. So that's why I bought my second one (which, I'm currently on)

Pros -It's a vitamin, so I feel more healthier.

Cons -  Taking it three times a day, Cramps, mild headaches, and Gassy (that might just be me haha)

Anyways, the website is: http://www.fairhavenhealth.com/
